Very bad performance / LOW fps

Hello 

I have problems with performance which is really strange to me as i match the recommended specs.

When i boot up the game and play a multiplayer match the performance severely degrades over time. Especially on smaller maps. Because of this i lose many firefights as i see my fps dip from 130-120 down to 70-60.
Also there is stuttering and DLSS seemingly does nothing.

No matter which graphics settings i pick the problem remains the same. This is seriously ruining my fun with the game.

The latest Nvidia drivers installed.
