Water graphical issue on xbox?

Is this a known bug on xbox?  Water looks unfinished, black hazyness to the water. Looks terrible

Water looks blurry and glitched, gets worse when moving

I am too experiencing the same issue. I feel like after the update the graphics look worse and I am on xbox series x too. For me the water looks super grainy and blurry. It does not look smooth and uniform like the trailers and such. I have played with so many settings and I just can't find a way to fix it.

Here's a screenshot of what I see. Not sure why the brightness is so low but you can tell the water is super grainy. is this how it looks for you?

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're seeing, as albert11076​ has done? Also, are you using a Series S or X out of interest? 

Your oic is better and more accurate 

To be honest it seems like the graphics are just worst in general. 

I've tried changing from performance to balanced turning off almost everything that I can think of to get better graphic Fidelity I've turned everything back on to try to get better Fidelity and it's just blurry. 

There's a grainy Haze on everything after about 30 yards.  And they're expecting us to compete against PC players and have Crystal clear vision this is garbage.
