Weapon attachments XP has to be increased 10x

At the current state, I can either use high rof or high damage guns for competitive advantage. If I wanted to level up a new gun that is mid, at a shootout when both parties are equal strength, the vanilla gun is gonna lose to fully upgrade meta AR/Carbine/most of the SMGs.
