Where is the communication from DICE on the network lag since Season 3 update?

What is going on over there?

It's been over two weeks since the Season 3 update, which introduced game-breaking lag and latency issues for myself and many others.

Yet there has not been a single word from DICE on this issue.

How hard is it to simply acknowledge the issue? Like seriously. How hard can that possibly be? 

This is completely unacceptable and outrageous. You must acknowledge the issue ASAP. It is game-breaking.
