Why only mainly ai servers

Ive been pmaying battlefield since bad company 1. Now playing battlefield 6 and can only find mostly ai servers. I bought what is advertised as a multiplayer game but for months now lucky to get a 6 vs 6 game witj mostly ai. Its driving me insane. I play on xbox series x my lft hand is stiff from an accident when i was a child so keyboard no longer an option. Cross play has its own issues so thats out of the question too. Can anyone help.
