Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the issue still persists.

I’m playing Battlefield 6 on PS5 Pro and keep getting error code 14:130003S:-7A when connecting to online services.

I’ve tried both my home Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot, but the same error occurs. I can access the PlayStation Store normally, so the issue seems specific to Battlefield 6 or its online services.

Could you please advise on the next troubleshooting steps?
