Xbox Series X Overheating warning

I’ve seen it posted numerous times and not acknowledged by EA. The game crashes mostly during weapon customization but it’s also happened at the main menu and once during a game and the console displays an overheating warning. My console is clean and does not have this issue playing any other game or app. Initially downloaded to my Seagate memory card and moved to internal storage because I’ve seen other people have been able to alleviate the issue but it did not. I cleaned out the console and set an air conditioner in front of my Xbox and it has not helped. The console is cold to the touch when it displays the overheat warning. Pretty frustrating to spend almost $100 on a game that is borderline unplayable. If this doesn’t get resolved quickly I will just reverse my credit card charges and just be done with EA but I was really excited for this game.
