Xbox x after nightfall

I have had problems logging in after the update. I'm playing on Xbox x disc. This problem occurred on 3-18 4am est. I was able to play a few games then I noticed my guns stilled showed yellow after I already seen what I unlocked this happens allot so I did what usually fixes it and restarted. When trying to log back in I got a error and have been getting thay error until now. What i notice is in load outs its saying all my weapons are level zero untill you press x then it shows the right level. I also gained 2 badges with pistols that where. I am hoping when I stop playing I dont get booted again. I keep having to agree to the disclaimer every match and when i log in.
