So, there's a solution!!! It's 98% working, I've already played for 8 hours today.
Delete the single-player mode in the game.
Go to your router settings and reduce the speed to 10-15 Mbps download only, leaving upload at Maximum. All modern routers have this if you go through the settings at 192.168.0.1. You'll figure it out.
Set the single-player mode in the game to download.
Profit! You'll play normally with almost no crashes! At 10-15 Mbps, you have 3-4 hours to spare, and then delete the single-player mode again and set it to download. While the game is downloading, you'll 97-98% likely won't get kicked out, but I only got kicked out about 2-3 times in 8 hours!
