Не получил обещанную компенсацию

Hello,

I purchased Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition on EA App.
I was affected by the launch connectivity issues and I received the Season 1 Battle Pass compensation.

However, I did not receive the promised free Battle Pass for Season 2, while another player (my friend) with the same purchase conditions and launch issue did receive it.

My account should be eligible for the Season 2 Battle Pass compensation as per the official EA announcement.

Please review my account manually and issue the Season 2 Battle Pass.
