Compensation for the inconvenience with a second season pass PRO.
Good afternoon! I pre-ordered the Phantom edition of Battlefield 6. I was in contact with EA APP support due to login issues on release day, and they promised compensation. I received the 12 double XP boosts for each XP type! However, the full Season 2 PRO Battle Pass still hasn't appeared. How is this possible? Is there a solution to this problem? I am attaching a screenshot of the official apology.
