Compensation for the inconvenience with a second season pass PRO.

Good afternoon! I pre-ordered the Phantom edition of Battlefield 6. I was in contact with EA APP support due to login issues on release day, and they promised compensation. I received the 12 double XP boosts for each XP type! However, the full Season 2 PRO Battle Pass still hasn't appeared. How is this possible? Is there a solution to this problem? I am attaching a screenshot of the official apology.

    Same here. They try to scam the players. They answer banal and random comments with 100 views but the same topic that you describe with over 3K views and Over a 100 upvotes they ignore it. Honestly if they don't keep their word i will never put a single euro in this game anymore and i suggest every person concerned should do the same. And lets not forget the false advertising with the Phantom edition where they changer some of the skins, notably the one for assault just before the launch. instead of quad nvg's now he has the basic ones. EA will never change.
