The promised Season 1 Battle Pass Dear EA Support

Dear EA Customer Support,

I am a Battlefield veteran. I pre-ordered Battlefield 6 (Standard Edition). The purchase was made directly through the EA app.

On the day of the worldwide release (October 10, 2025), I encountered an error in the EA app (a crash related to the "buy to play" error) that prevented me from accessing the game for several hours. This issue affected everyone who purchased the game through the EA app and has been officially confirmed by DICE/EA.

An official statement on October 11, 2025 (on the EA website, Twitter @Battlefield, and the EA app launcher) promised that all affected players would receive compensation, including a free Season 1 Battle Pass, 12 Gear Boosters, and 12 60-minute Career Boosters.

As of November 4, 2025, after the start of Season 1, I still haven't received the Battle Pass on my account. This issue is frustrating because on launch day, I was forced to watch my friends who purchased the game on Steam having fun and sharing a Discord stream with me while I repeatedly reinstalled "game packs" and checked Twitter, trying to find a solution. It's unfair that, while I prefer to be more loyal to your platform, I have to endure such inconvenience. And now I feel that if I don't receive the promised compensation, I won't have any reason to use the EA app at all, as my trust in you will be undermined.

I kindly request:

Confirmation of my account's eligibility for compensation (pre-order through the EA app and the consequences of the crash).
Issue of the promised free Premium Battle Pass for Season 1.
Confirmation of the resolution timeline, if further verification is required.
