Perhaps it's a ISP problem?!
I'm with Deutsche Telekom. Anybody else?
I have exactly the same problems, every server over 100 ms ping, only a few with 70 ping. Before the update I had 10-20 ms ping.
I'm also with the 'Deutsche Telekom'.
