Ich hab eine Lösung gefunden !!!
Es liegt an den in den Einstellungen vorhandenen 59,9Hz in verbindung mit meinem Monitor.

I found a workaround for this. This seems to be a software bug, that has to do with how the monitor's refresh rate is being reported by the driver and/or detected by BF1.
Once you make any video changes, the game detects the refresh rate as 59.94hz, and when you apply any change to the video settings, the refresh rate in the configuration file is changed to 59.939999 for fullscreen mode (non-windowed). Since this isn't a valid vertical frequency for the monitor switches to "1080 interlaced mode".
When you use borderless windowed mode, Windows handles the refresh rate, and thus the problem does not happen.
Workaround:
1. Make your video settings changes in game, set fullscreen mode, and apply them.
2. Exit the game.
3. open "%USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Battlefield 1 Open Beta\PROFSAVE_profile" with your text editor
4. change the value of the "GstRender.FullscreenRefreshRate" to 60.000000
5. Save file
6. Restart game
This will allow you to have fullscreen 60hz progressive. However, if you make any changes to your video settings in game again, you will have to re-edit the file.
