    Sorry for the delay on this, our team have investigate your account and took a bit longer then expected.

@EA_AticI spent like 10 hours with EA Support, they were not able to resolve the issue, most of the time they made it worse. Once they deleted all licenses and were not able to add them, then they just left me like that. I had to rebuy the game, had the same issue afterwards.
