I found the 'Culture Shock' section of the article interesting. Apparently the shock of being treated like an American worker caused some employees to take stress or mental or exhaustion health leave, ranging from a couple of weeks to several months.
...plus multiple studios working in different time zones certainly does not help. And the different levels of experience of everyone involved...
