So me and a buddy are trying to play Battlefiled 4 on the same internet on seperate Xbox 360 Conlsoles and both of us cant connect at the same time depending on who loads the game first the others game says "cant connect to EA servers" Ive tried reseting the router to no avail. We just starting having this issue after the last update before that everything was fine help pls.
I have exactly the same problem, since the fall patch I can not connect to the EA server with my 2nd XBOX. I can play BF4 on one XBOX and COD on the other one at the same time without any problem. But I can only connect to the EA server with the FIRST XBOX I turned on. The second one will say it can not connect to the EA server. I am searching on the internet for a long time and everyone is trying to help with thing like IP adresses and port triggering, but my internet and router settings are good...It has to be something with EA...
It's driving me nuts...

Okay so here is something new its not just Battlefield 4 its any EA game tried to connect with Mass Effect cant when battlefield is connected, doesnt work, turned off Battlefield Mass Effect connected right up......
I just found another post where people are talking about this problem, they are talking about a new rule at EA. They are firing questions at EA but nobody is answering, pretty annoying imo.
If this is really true that EA trew away a lot of money since I bought an extra XBOX360+a copy of BF4 + Premium so I can play together with an other person....

Hi, since 3 days I have the same problem. Now for me it´s the point, that I will NEVER BUY EA GAMES in the future. I have only problems with all this BETA Versions (software would be the wrong title) which I bought for a lot of money. BF4 is the biggest Waterloo in software history!!!
It is not possible to send a trouble ticket - you have to call the support for a lot of money ........ no more 1 cent for EA........ so unprofessional......

Notice this is a community driven support forum, not a place to contact EA directly. That being said, I've forwarded this issue to the friendly Community Managers in here, they should know if something is wrong or a policy has been changed or the like. I suspect it might be an unintended problem in the wake of the DDOS attack on Microsoft/EA's servers but that is just guesswork on my part.
any further news on this? I am having the same issue
