But just for my understanding, your PC is connected to your router via LAN cable, but you are usung WIFI?
Is your ISP a cell phone provider? If so, this might just be the problem.
The more people are using that signal, the worse your performance will be.
You have used the server browser to search for servers in your region?

What happens when you´re using LAN instead of WIFI? Your connection should improve then.
The servers which you have tested so far are in your region?
Some PC players say that they have unusual high Pings since the last BF1 update.
I´m afraid that I won´t be able to help you any further, this is what i would also suggest for console players but it could be a PC specific problem.
