Did you happen to download any programs recently just prior to the ban? In some cases there can be false reads that will need to be manually reviewed by Even Balance. Hope they are able to get to you soon and sorry to hear about the action during this time of the year.

Hey. The problem is that , EvenBalance not relying me about 3 days , i've sent 7 tickets already
I just don't know what to do , i'm not cheater , why they banning normal players??
And as i know , PB Ban affects all punkbuster running games , but my BF1 running PERFECT , i think it's just a bug
