2142 "CD key invalid" error

Every single time i log into my Disc version (Non Origin/Non Steam) copy of Battlefield 2142, Instead of actually logging in, it just shows "CD Key Invalid." My original key didn't work, So i had to deal with the last resort of looking some up. Same result. I've tried both the suggestions Where i use regedit. I've reinstalled the game 4 times. I went to the help Place, but i searched Up the problem, but it Keeps showing up Punkbuster, This problem has been happening before i had Punkbuster installed. Nothing works.
