Keep getting this on all the servers yet it seems to be functioning for everyone else?

I don't play BF often but it seems everytime I want to play EA is having issues... If you can't do it yourself (and you've had origin for a while now) 

team up with steam. Do us this EA if I pay this much for a game I atleast want to be able to play even for the few times I want to.
