70FPS to 11FPS after a power outage!?! HELP!?!

@xStalKeRx187 that sounds like an issue with your actual hardware or your driver and not really caused by the game. Could you please do us a favor and provide your full system details: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

If your GPU or CPU is overclocked, I strongly recommend to set them to factory defaults to rectify if that will solve the issue.
