Unfortunately the issue hasnt been resolved. ive moved over to adsl, since it is a fixed contract i recommend getting a sim for another service provider such as vodacom, cell c or mtn, then buy the fixed bundles of data and use it specifically for bf4, all other online games seem to function on 8ta, but this is the fastest and easiest solution ive found as 8ta's response has been; "Its not our problem", Im certainly not renewing the contract with them after that. Hope this helped, I wasnt able to find another solution. Dont bother trying to cancel. The cancelation fee is more than what the contracts worth.
