    Okay guys I found my problem. I went back to an Amiens map found the headphones saw the telegraph was still cyan meaning the achievement has not registered yet. I then loaded up Giants Shadow map spawned in on the German side, at this point I looked around and noticed there is a windmill behind you when you spawn. I had originally went to the first windmill I saw which was the first one right after the first field. So obviously error on my part. Make sure you look for the windmill right behind you when you spawn on German spawn point. Second of all another post where Lazathelobster was having a problem with Getting the dog tag, his solution was to shoot the pigeon when it was coming at you. Yeah, my problem was user error easy fix, but I added in lazathelobter's solution for people that didn't see his post.

    I spent quite a few hours one weekend doing it (bad connection to populated servers, great connection to empty servers) so I decided to unlock it all. 

    I got to the 8th stage and had plane sounds overhead that ruined my morse code.

    I went back to the symbol and looked at it again, and re did the morse code without noise.

    When I finally went to Giants Shadow, there were NO empty servers so I went to the proper windmill... waited... a pigeon flew close.. but it didn't register the dog tag.

    All in all, I had to wait something like 5 minutes during the battle (looking up, picking off the odd enemy from the Zeppelin area, hahahah, while they all took pot shots at me.

    In the end, the pigeon finally flew to me and gave me the dog tag!

    FOr some, it takes longer than others.

    Hope the new challenges will be  different! Glad you guys worked yours out
