Please reverse the account termination for BF1

Hello EA Support,

My computer was under repair from October 28 to November 5, during which time I was unable to use it. Therefore, I downloaded Battlefield 1 on my friend's computer and logged into my EA account. It is possible that the account region was changed during this period, leading to unusual activity. I did not use any cheats or hacks and sincerely hope you can unban my account.

I'm sorry, but we can't remove account or game bans here. That's something only EA's Terms of Service team can do following a successful appeal.

The best advice I can give you is to create an appeal with them, if you have not done so already. The guide below should explain the process and let you fill out the appeal form.

Hahahahaha ........................ didn't use his computer for 7 days (which was 6 months ago), so then downloaded onto "another" computer, which was "apparently" in another region. (which usually means a different part of the world ??) and an the error message he submits in support of his claim is in chinese ???????
I think the words "unusual activity" apply here.
