A better system for Rental servers Bf1

Dear Reader,

Me and my friends have bought a rental server (3 months) for a couple of weeks now.
it took us 70 ours when it even show up in the normal server browser. this is way to long for my opinion.
I know from battlefield 4 servers that you better cant put it on custom because people have to make their search on custom games.
so we just set it up with only a maprotation. this map rotation is ridiculous small. The game provides 9 maps and when I pay for it I only can put in 6 maps? its not logical at all

now my biggest issue. On conqeust your server will start at 10 people at each side. so 20 people to start your game. Ok with 64 gameplay I understand this. The big problem with this is
they all need to be your friends. or random people that accidentally see that there is activity on a rental server. we tryed a few times and it dont matter how many people you have. There is no assistance for getting your rental server full. finally after 4 days of trying we invited 20 friends. now we get the starting screen! omg we need 30 people or 15/15. People have to wait again and again people start to leave again. after 4 ours of trying we finally manage to start up 1 game play. after a few games there where psn troubles and our server is empty again. thats not your problem afcourse. but i hope you understand how frustrated this system is now.

my solution to solve this:
If you wanted to run a good buisness at this. Start to boost the payed servers. So if there is activity on a rental server put the quik match players into the payed servers and not in a dice server.
In my opinion for every rental server you can shut down dice server because people pay for this. Write a programme that can see activity. When there are 4 or 8 people(a full party) joined in a rental server. That it can see that they want to play. For me its not a problem that you cant be admin in a server. There will be no admin abuse anymore. But mayb for the people that wanted to make room for the clanmembers make the server owner a admin outside the game with only a kick option. If they realy need space they can leave the game to make some room. Mayb for the guys that wanted to make a custom server. make a guik join for random custom servers in the menu. looks like alot of fun to try some of them randomly!

I have read that other people also like to see options to change the time of spawning your train or blimp or battleship. I leave that for the open option.
but I really think this improve the rental server buisness. because at this moment I see this as a big waste of our money
at this moment we played only 2 full games with a full server and we spended ours to get our server full.
and if this not change this will be the last time that we rent a server.
