"A Conflict" Dogtag Did not Unlock After Challenge

I did all of the steps to acquire this dog tag, I was in a public Dice hosted server and I completed the puzzle. I returned to the menu after about a minute to make sure it prompted and I was not awarded with the dog tag, I had read some users said to log out and log back in and when I tried I had no luck. I worked on the puzzle for roughly 4 hours, please help me out.

@ST3RBAN Good to know but bad news for you unfortunatelly. You're going to have to do it all over again. I'll be sending you a link to a youtube video that I followed to get it (all) done and yes, this one is tedious but I did not spend 4 hrs on it, just over 2 I believe. Good luck and let me know when you finally have that peace keeper!

Hi @ST3RBAN Sorry to hear that. I believe that all you can do is to complete it again though. You could try opening a case at help.ea.com, but I'm not certain if they can help with easter eggs rewards.

Did a smoke grenade pop off and did you hear a weird scream-like sound when you plugged in the final pilar combination?

Hey, thanks for replying! After inputting the final pair, smoke appeared and I did hear the scream, I even waited a minute or so afterwards to ensure it tracked it.

@ST3RBAN Weird, mate. Only thing I can think of is: on console, start up another game so BF1 has to completely shut down, then restart BF1. On pc, close the entire game , go as far as disconnecting from the internet and powering off your PC/laptop. Hopefully when you restart, (in both cases) the dog tag will show. If not ... you'll have to do it again or as Elliot said, open a case at help.ea.com and hope they can help you.

I appreciate it man, I actually contacted EA yesterday and they told me they weren't able to provide Dog tags.

Using the BFEE Discord channel might be worthwhile too. They should be able to cut down the time by helping out with the puzzle.

Thank you so much. I wasn't aware I could rent a server for it, I thought it was only official servers so that will help me a lot. I appreciate your effort!

@ST3RBAN If you do decide to rent a server just don't use a password for it. If memory serves from when I used to help out on the BFEE Discord, that stops it from working.

Also, best of luck. I hope it goes perfectly the second time around.
