Account Issues

I've not played battlefield 1 for years, opened it up on my PC's XBOX app and it said I had to link an EA account or something similar, after going through many issues I finally linked it to my XBOX account's email's EA account, and have lost all progress in the game, the account in battlefield 1 shows up as my accounts name which is numbers apparently, e.g. "Welcome back 85570099", how do I get my progress back? I tried general support and the AI chat bot wasn't helpful and I just need to talk to a human please!

    I can't see any history for your "85570099" account on Battlefield Tracker, so it might be that you played with a different account years ago. As Danisoff said, though, the best thing to do is to speak to EA Help after getting past the bot.

    Hi, I just checked, it's definitely the same email as my xbox account, I'm not sure where the issue is lying but I'll try EA help again if it lets me past the bot.
