We need a better balance system...
Most imbalances:
BF4:
- Viper behind skyscraper (map design flaw)
- 4 man bird repair, almost impossible to destroy...
- soflam + javelin is OP
BF1:
- planes are OP (as maps have no cover + depends also on situation)
- tanks OP (especially on rush mode, depends...)
- snipers/DMRs and MGs OP as hell (no sniper MG limit + no cover)
Map design also is a big deal. E.g. one side favoring to one team. Or once certain part of map is taken, it is hard to re-take it, especially in losing team... Also because 1 side has 2 good pilots and other don't, game will be unfun to play... But since BF6 will be slugfest - I hope planes will be less oppressive and 1 player will matter less for outcome of the game... In BF1 even if you are a good player, it feels almost impossible to do anything on losing team. Incredibly unfun!
Thing is BF is a team game, but people always don't want to kill tanks and planes and do what is necessary in the game! But just to have fun, or snipe etc. I try to adapt to a game situation, but it is not always fun to try kill tanks - especially if you are only one doing it! If team just lets tanks to kill everything for free whole game it is like... And planes can be oppressive, especially one side has bad pilots and second takes aa guns, while having good pilots in BF1 for instance! Then it is just stomp from there and atrocious autobalance doesn't help in this case... Also people are just gonna switch teams...
