About Battle Packs.
I don't know why, I bought 20 Bronze Battle Packs about Battlefield 4, but I only received 15 so far. Could it have been delayed?

What should I do?
It’s unlikely a delay—Battlefield 4 Battle Packs are usually delivered instantly once purchased. If you only received 15 out of 20, it may be a glitch or account sync issue, so check your transaction history and nicview net inventory, then contact EA Support to have them verify and restore the missing packs.
