Had the same problem when i used a VPN and disabled it before going ingame, if you are using a VPN try to have it connected all the way until you are ingame for it to be activated properly. Then when you have the game activated you can lose the VPN.

Thanks, oliwe. As far as I can tell, quite a few who are reporting similar issues are using VPNs. Part of the reason we're not so fond of them. 🙂
Edit: We also have reports of players who have this issue who still have the beta installed. Uninstall this and then restart Origin, and check if the issue persists.

Try to exit and reenter origin.

Hi,
I pre-ordered the game and I just finished downloading it. After entering the code that I have received per e-mail it say the code has been already use ????.
My location is Canada

The "code used" means the game is already registed to an Origin account. I would presume, yours.
Log in to Origin with the account info you initially used to install the game.
Go to your My Games section and download the game.
If your game isn't there you'll have to contact a Game Advisor (accounts) via Live Chat from your computer and check the status of your account.
From the Origin Menu..
Help > Origin Help. Up top next to the Search box

2 Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
4 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"

6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.

What solutions? Any ideas could help at this point.
I also have this issue, the game has not released yet for me so Im hoping thats the problem. Has the game already released for you? I sent a tweet to EA about this tto see if I get any feedback. Does anyone know how to open a ticket with EA? OR Origin?
