Access Denied for multiplayer

Bought this game for my son and he cannot play multiplayer or access anything other than the campaign. I see many people are having this issue with no fix from EA. Can anyone help?

    @frostv3nom I know in some places the restrictions can be for those older than 13, but it's normally 13, yes.

    And yes for the subscription I wanted to be sure that the account has the rights to play online either by having an active subscription or having the online access shared from an account with an active subscription. 


    Unfortunately there's not much I can directly see in cases like this, so if your reach out to support they can check on the account in question and advise on how to proceed.

    No it is not nothing that has nothing to do with the router nor does the internet have to do with the date you put in your account for the first time is to say that you put it as a minor and it happened to me as I had my minor account Now I convert adult and still does not let me play the battlerfiel 1 and in this I have since the game said and for more to ask the support do not know or where they are standing !!!! They do not know anything about the consoles because they do not have passion for what they do ,,, in the end no one could help me

    Hello I am having the exact same problem. I got this game for christmas and it has been denying my access for 2 months now. I have tried to reset my account, wifi, game, xbox, and account age, and I still haven't gotten help or an answer.
