Accessing Battlefield 3 Battle Log Website

I'm trying to access Battlefield 3's Battle Log Website...

I already made an EA/Origins account, but I can't login to the website because it says I need to buy Battlefield 3.... I alrready bought the game and I've played it.... Please help?

P.S. It was a used game at gamestop, and i already bought the online pass because the code in the game was used already.

I take the game you bought is a Xbox or PS3?

I am not real sure that is a good idea buying a game like Battlefield used due to how account specific the game is. I am only a PC player so I am not 100% but it is possible the person who sold the game still have an account name affiliated with that game?

Maybe elaborate a bit more on what system you are playing thr game on and will try to help you more! What was the new key you purchased for? Premium or?

Sorry I did not at first see that you purchased a new Key. Please still post what platform you are playing on and maybe we can generate some more feedback for you!

This is a great community and I am sure you will be playing before you know it.

I actually have the game for both PS3 and XBOX.

However, I am having issues with the XBOX game.

I did buy a key for online... NOT the premium package though.

I can play online perfectly fine, but I just want to connect to the Battle Log website...  I had trouble with that site even on my PS3.  When I would log in it would say that I need to purchase Battlefield 3 first..... and I have... TWICE already.

But for now, I just want to focus on getting my XBOX battlefield account synced with battlelog.

Thank you for your time and concern!!

Typically, the issue with that is you are not logging with the same account that your gamertag is linked to. You can double check that by signing in to profile.ea.com with the account you have been trying to use. If you don't see your gamertag there, you are not using the correct one.

  • You need to link your gamertag to EA account, then you can log in, you can do that at EA's page!
