Account blocked from online access due to ToS Violation

Today I recieved two emails at 6am (I am sleeping). The first thanked me for reporting a ToS violation and assurred me it would be handled but I would not be notified due to privacy laws. Within 7 minutes I recieved a second email advising me that my account has been blocked permanently from EA online services due to a ToS violation. The problem here is, this account is primarily a seeder for a server. This is an approved action by EA to help start servers. So, since this account is a seeder, exactly what could have been the violation that was extreme enough to block the account permanently?

I actually run one of the most prominent communities on BF3, and have been doing so since BC2. This kind of action with no recourse is a sure fire way to move us in a different direction. I have been sitting on the chat box for over an hour with it telling me I have a wait time for 5 to 10 min, then dropping to less than 5, then back up to 5 to ten. I am hoping this was in error and can be easily resolved, but I have no way of reaching anyone, it will not allow me to open a ticket, give me a contact number nor email anyone. Hoping I get some help here. Thanks
