Account Reseted

My friends account had been reset back to 0. He didn't reset his account through battlelog, it all happened after joining a server while we were playing about 3 days ago. My friend lives in Venezuela and that's the reason why I'm posting in his behalf. His Ps acc is Cocoom1976, he had close to 300 hrs of playing and that's why I'm writing to see if anybody can help him/ me out. I was trying to find an email address from EA to get in contact with them but didn't find anything, if anybody can help it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
