Account Suspended without reason given

Hello,

I was suspended while playing BF1 and now I lost access to my entire EA account for 1 week and they won't tell me why I was suspended. The only thing I got in the email was a message saying "graphic". Can someone help me figure out what was reported and why? I've tried to dispute it but it seems like it will take longer for them to resolve it before the suspension is over.

    Hi @TinglyTortoise There isn't anyone here who can give in-depth information for why a ban might have been issued, it's something only the ToS team handle.

    However, as the email references the BF1 Companion, it could have been related to an emblem. You should still be able to log into the website (the app no longer works) and see of you can spot anything there. To make it clear though: this is 100% a guess on my part and I could be completely incorrect.

    I had the same problem.  Look for my post from last week.  My notification said Graphic:  SS runes.  If you google SS runes it points to nazi symbols.  I used BF1 Companion 7 years ago to make my emblem and it had a lighting bolt in it and nothing else nazi and my account gets suspended for 1 week.  I made an appeal and got another form email saying my appeal was denied.  So the tool EA gives us to make an emblem has a symbol that flags emblems for suspension.  Probably some new AI program scanning emblems and suspending accounts.  I guess its AU,  artificially unintelligent.  I am so pissed off.  So I changed my emblem and so far so good, but today I join a game and all my binds and soldier customizations are reset.  Go figure. 

    Change your emblem. Good luck.
