Account was hacked, username changed but, they added all their buddies.

    Unfortunately here on Answers HQ, We cannot help you with this problem. This must go through EA Support.

    If you believe that your account has been compromised / hacked such as situations where personal information (email address etc) has been changed without you doing so, you will need to contact an EA Game adviser for assistance. If you are unable to access this page because your login info being changed, create a new account for this purpose: EA Help - Contact Us Link

    Some players may have issues when using Internet Explorer. If this is the case, please an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome, or install the Chrome Frame addon.**


    Click the following link and log in: https://help.ea.com/en/



    Then click on Help with a Game, and choose your game. If your game isn't listed, try entering the name on the search bar to the right. Alternately you can choose the Browse By Topic option and choose your relevant topic. If it is an account issue that doesn't require Game Advisor assistance, you can click the Manage Account button.



    On the next page you will see a bunch of articles, links to community fixes, and a manuals tab for the chosen game.



    If the articles aren't relevant to you, scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will get an option to Contact Us.



    Click this and you will be prompted to choose your platform, the topic of your issue and to give a brief description of the issue at hand.



    You will then have your options available, such as having a Live Chat with an advisor, or scheduling a callback if it is available in your region.

account security is important if your account was compromised you should contact ea support http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=battlefield-4 fill out an account security ticket and give all information you have available. you can use chat or have them call you. in addition you want to contact your bank or credit card company and notify them your data was compromised as well so they will flag anything out of the ordinary. an extra step you can do to make your account safer is by loging in your origin account and go into your account settings security section and enable login verification.
