Achievements Not Unlocking

In Battlefield 1 certain Xbox achievements aren't unlocking. Specifically the class rank achievements, such as Medic, Assault rank 2 achievements and all classes to rank 1 achievement. I think this has something to do with getting the requirements during the EA Access play first trial. I talked to support and they told me to post it in forums as it is a bug, so here I am.
