Complaint Regarding Unresolved Multiplayer Issues in EA Games

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding long-standing technical issues in games I have purchased and played through your platform.

The issues I am facing include:

1. Need for Speed Heat

The crew / online system has been non-functional for a very long time. This appears to be a known issue reported by many players, yet it remains unresolved.

2. Battlefield 1

The multiplayer quickplay system is causing severe crashes on PC. Attempting to use quickplay often results in the game crashing and, in some cases, requires a full PC restart.

These are not minor bugs. They directly affect the core functionality of the games, especially in titles where online multiplayer is a primary feature.

As a paying customer, I find it extremely disappointing that such major issues have remained unresolved for years. I request that this issue be escalated to the relevant technical team and that a proper fix, workaround, or official response be provided.

If these issues cannot be resolved, I would also like clarification regarding possible compensation, refund options, or any official acknowledgment of these defects.

Please treat this as a formal complaint and update me regarding the next steps.

  • I completely understand your frustration here. Ongoing multiplayer issues can really impact the overall experience, especially when they remain unresolved for a long time. Many players rely on stable servers and smooth matchmaking, so it’s important these concerns are taken seriously.

It might help if more details are shared (like error codes, platform, and when the issue occurs), as this can make it easier for support or the community to identify patterns and push for a fix. According to Electronic Arts support guidance, providing clear technical details and steps already tried can improve the chances of getting a proper resolution .

Hopefully, the team acknowledges this and works toward a stable fix soon. You’re definitely not alone in raising this concern.
