Activate the game on origin

I am trying to activate the game by https://activate.ea.com/gameactivation.do but when it comes in part to select "ELECTRONIC ARTS CLASSIC SCREEN PERSONA NAME" does not show anything and I can not create, told me that talking to EA, you guys can activate

estou tentando ativar o jogo pela https://activate.ea.com/gameactivation.do mas quando chega na parte de selecionar "ELETRONIC ARTS CLASSIC SCREEN NAME PERSONA" nao mostra nada e nao consigo criar, me falaram que falando com EA, voces conseguem ativar

    You need to contact EA/Origin support for more assistance. They will be able to assist you further for this issue you are having.

    1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
    2) Select a topic for the best results.
    3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
    4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
    5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an adviser.
