@Battlesatan44 Was the CD a new or used CD? If it was new you should speak with a Game Advisor at help.ea.com if it was used then the CD is no good as keys once redeemed are forever connected to the redeeming Origin account.
That would be interesting to know, if it was a used game or a now one.
If used then for sure the code was redeemed already. 🤨
