Activation Loop

Everytime I click play, it tells me to activate the game by signing in. After signing in, the same window opens, asking me to insert my deatils again and again so I can't play the game.

When I try to play in online mode, nothing happens. The game won't start, no activation window, nothing.

Is there any way to stop this from happening? Iv'e been in a live chat with customer support, but they weren't very helpful. I was hoping if someone knew what is going on.
