battlefield 2042 blue screen

hello i have week try to play battlefield 2042 it give me blue screen  memory management or kernel.exe my win 11 and hardware work fine i try so many games whit no issue i try every think in youtube and  google and it is the same even i uninstalled  the game and ea origine and download again is still the same can same one help me plz
