Active protection on tank

So really annoying trouble! When i activate an AP it oftenly doesn't work! Fix it! I'm really angry about it, lots of patches but this issue is always without attention.

In random moments. There is no actually special chain of things that make this bug happen.
It happens on all kinds of server fullness, but more oftenly on 70+ ping and 30+ people

  It may be a timing issue where it is engaged too early or too late. Did you have this problem before the last patch with active protection?
