Adding Badcompany 2 to EA app

So after hearing the online servers for BFBC2 are going to be shutdown, I am trying to activate my copy of of the game via the app as I don't have a CD drive in my PC. I bought this copy brand new unopened when it first released and I'm the only one who has used it, yet it says the code has already been redeemed. I have installed it on this PC once or twice and I think 2 previous PCs.

Is there anything I can do?

    Hi @doczoidberg01 I would recommend reaching out to our support to look into this further, If they code shows as already redeemed either there is an issue with the code or it is already tied to an EA Account.
