After deleting Battlefield 1 with DLC in reinstalling- same account no dlc

I installed Battlefield 1 in PS4 it was the sprecial Edition with four DLC.

With the redeem code I download the dlc's in my ps4 harddrive.

There was no problem. In time I deleted the game to reinstall it again in the future.

In the reinstallation on the ps4 again with the same account cant find DLC.

I redeemd my code again but nothing...in my library is the game without DLC contend...I looked in the ad ons menu..nothing.

I can you send screenshots of my Redeem code or ,my retail disc.
