Question to the forum staff; With the Battlefield 6 trailer around the corner and with that the title officially being announced, wouldn't it be a good time to get a dedicated subforum on Battlefield 6 next to the existing boards for Battlefield 2042 and Battlefield V?

Wish I had made a bet now haha.
I am hoping that there are NOT too many keyboard and mouse assignments for various game functions in BF6 for the PC. This has been the trend, IMO, with many/most recent FPS games. In the 'heat of battle', I find the more key assignments there are the more mistakes I make in selecting the correct one.
Please try to limit that. Thank you. (I know, maybe it's too late to change.)

I imagine that there will be one shortly now that we've got a date for the reveal trailer. I do agree, though, that it'd be good to have one as soon as possible since discussions about it are likely to increase.
Out of curiosity, what combos are you running into that are an issue? The latest entry [2042] didn't even have keys to bind for leaning. In either case, I imagine they will try to mimic as many controls as they can fit onto a controller onto a keyboard. Other than that it's just muscle memory.
ElliotLHโ Yes, the trailer drops tomorrow, from that there will be more and more build up towards the release. An open Beta etc. All this deserves to be discussed in a separate forum.
I absolutely agree RanzigeRidder2. If I were a betting man, I'd expect a dedicated forum shortly after the reveal, but I don't know if that's just wishful thinking.

Though I started playing FPS games @ 1993, I haven't played FPS in about 5-6 years, so I'm rusty and old!
The other issue is I can't use the 2 side buttons on my Razer Viper 3 as my hand is far back on the mouse when playing so it's difficult to use my thumb for those buttons.
And, that mouse has a small button behind the middle scroll which controls mouse sensitivity/speed. In the heat of battle, one of my fingers touches that button and messes up the mouse speed.
My gamertag is showing up as my email instead of my EA ID. Updating my EA ID doesn't fix it. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game doesn't fix it. This is a huge privacy issue.
Why do headshots only do 27 damage? Why do rpgs point blank right at somebody only do 36 damage? And why does the 50 cal take 3 or 4 shots to kill somebody? Whoever made the game is out of touch with reality I guess. They need to make a hardcore mode for those of us who donโt want to spend a whole mag trying to get a kill! Till then itโs back to COD hardcore I go. ๐๐ป
