After the last update my frame rates drops 80 to 40

My CPU is i7-4790

After the last update, my game has totally become a trash. My drivers are recent I got no problem with the other games but only BF1.

Can somebody help me, please? Don't tell me to change the video options or something like this I tried literally everything.
