alienware teeth dogtag

i was given a giveaway code for alienware teeth dogtag and i provided my email address that i use for my gamertag yet it still doesnt show up on my dogtags on bf3, it is possible to get it on xbox http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/soldier/ROBTHERHINO512/dogtags/297281766/xbox/ and no its not because he is EA

    Hey McCaffery88,

    From this website (http://www.alienwarearena.com/giveaway/battlefield-3-dog-tag-item-giveaway/) the dog tag is ONLY available for PC. 

    (The tag you see on RobTheRhino512's profile was created during the promo launch for testing purposes. Some tags are available for specific platforms, or, like the DICE Developer tags, are available only for DICE/EA employees.)

    I'm very sorry, but it's not possible to get that dog tag on your Xbox 360 account.

    It sounds to me like the email address you used doesn't have the gamertag attached to it. Maybe one has gamertag and the other has EA ID?
