All Battlefield progress lost when unlinking PSN account from same EA account

The same thing happened to me 6 years ago when I unlinked my PSN account from my EA account, after that I started Battlefield V, and all my progress was lost, after that I tried to relink my PSN account to my EA account, but I couldn't do that for like 6 months, so I quickly asked to the live chat support and they relinked my PSN account to my EA account and all my progress on Battelfield V was back again.
